Whiterock Homes was established in 2005. Specialising in cross-subsidy schemes, on rural exception sites, we build a variety of market and affordable housing. It is our vision to provide high-quality, energy efficient and safe dwellings that people can turn into their dream homes.
Whiterock Homes is a family-run business that is spearheaded by Peter Kalym, who has over 40 years’ experience within the construction industry. He is supported by his three sons, Kyle, Chay and Bradley. Kyle deals with the sub-contractors, material supplies and anything accounts reltaed. Chay is a qualified City and Guilds bricklayer who deals with the day to day running of the sites. Bradley sets up and deals with the legals of our new sites as well as client liaison.
Our projects benefit from this small, but very dedicated group, dealing with every aspect of the build process. From finding land to designing, planning and developing each of the sites, we ensure that all of our schemes are managed and completed to the highest standards through to completion and our after sales care.
