Whiterock Homes is a family owned, upmarket house building company, specialising in high quality market and affordable homes in the Midlands. The present company was founded in 2005 but it has its origins with Kalym Builders, which was established in 1990.

Since its inception, Whiterock Homes has developed over 200 houses, ranging from large country homes for market sale, to smaller affordable units for Housing Associations. We pride ourselves on producing high quality homes and our excellent customer service.
