We are a small, hardworking and dedicated team at Whiterock Homes. We work alongside many other equally hardworking teams and individuals, who are contracted to work on our sites.
Our team consist of the following:
PETER KALYM – FOUNDER DIRECTOR. Peter has an extensive background in the Construction Industry, spanning some 35 years. Originally qualifying with an HNC in Construction, be later qualified to become a Building Control Inspector. Peter’s main area of responsibility is to oversee the Company activity both in the day to day and the long term strategy
JANE BEET – DIRECTOR. Jane has an extensive background in Finance and is currently responsible for all aspects of our accounts management. Additionally, Jane is responsible for gaining accreditation to the Code for Sustainable Homes on our projects
LESLEY FORD-KALYM – DIRECTOR. Lesley originally qualified with a degree in Human Resources and is now responsible for liaising with landowners and agents, community relations, local authorities, external bodies such as Rural Enablers and service companies
KYLE KALYM- UNDERGRADUATE. Kyle is currently studying Construction Management at Northampton University. When not at University, he is gaining practical experience working on developments as a Site Manager.
KIRSTY FRENCH – SITE CO-ORDINATOR. Kirsty has joined our team effectively to “learn the ropes”. Her role includes Office Administration, Finance, and Site Co-Ordinatation.
CHAY KALYM – BRICKLAYER. The youngest recruit, Chay has joined us as an Apprentice and is now working as a fully qualified bricklayer. As well as his role as full time bricklayer he is gaining practical, hands-on experience on site with the team.
